night discount

Hey guys, 

I have guests that staid in my property and they encountered some issues on the first night, I want to provide them with a 50% discount on the first night but not really sure how to do this, can someone help please ?

Give them the money in cash I guess

You can do a refund through the resolution center - then you have proof that refund has been made.  Cash is not a good solution.
