not able to see a guest review (already wrote host review of guest) so I cannot respond to correct

It's very strange that one particular guest's review is being denied me to view.     Earlier and later guest reviews were posted and avaible to view.  I feel that this will prevent me from writing a response and a superhost claims I can flag a review if it contains false information but that is simply not true.  

I have checked and there is no way to flag to remove such reviews at all. 

I also cannot find the profile of the superhost that responded to my help request.

You can only view a guest's review after they have reviewed you. 

It is difficult or unlikely for you to be able to remove a bad review but you can respond to it on the guest's page.
