not kid friendly home

I have changed my homes setting from accepting 2-12 yr old kids to no kids - clarifying in the house rules that 7yr old + will be ok.

I have two reservations that are bringing toddlers even after I warned them of the safety issues (stairs, railing).

 Should I keep them since they know the risk or cancel ??

I've always had my place listed as not suitable for any kids - but because Airbnb doesn't consider a 0 - 2 year old as an extra person (their words not mine) my 2 person listing comes up in searches by couples looking to book with the 0 - 2 year olds in tow. I I would decline the reservation for safety reasons
