I would list apt on my account but I'm not the owner,friends of mine,.....apt is in fareway from me:(

It is possible and how?

I would not do that. Have the owners open an account. If they care to share access with you (username/password) then you can control inventory, availabilty etc from wherever. But I would not add it to your account. Keep it separate.
