opening multiple account

Is it possible to open multiple accounts and list different listings? I have an active account now and I have 3 listings, now I would like to open a new account and list a new flat different than the other ones

@Ismael2 Airbnb expressly forbids creating more than one user account.  If you have another property , just create a new listing under your Airbnb account.

I am helping someone by replying to requests. However, it is not my listing, (I have my own) and I'm not the host. I do not want thier rwview to be associated with mine. However I need access to their account and mine since I respond to all requests. How do I do this. I want to be able to switch form one to the other on the app and receive notification form both,

Hi, Elisa, you can try app "Airmessager".  I found this app in apple store because I have the same issue as a host. It saves me so much time switching from accounts to accounts!  I can chat with guests from different accounts in one interface and pre-approve, accept, reject requests and view different accounts' calendars. A great try to boost productivity!!

Hi, I am adding a 2nd property to my account but I need to set it up with a different checking account for deposits; can this be done?  If not how do I handle this?

@Laurie73 Yes, you can set up a payout account that receives payouts from a specified listing.  First set up the checking account as a payout method and when it says "Ready" (indicating it has been verified by Airbnb) click on Routing Rules where you will be able to select the listing you want.

My daughter has an account on our joint pc ansd I wish to set up a seperate account for myself but when I try I am automatically sent to her account. How do I st up my different account?

@Liz245 you will need to log out your daughter from her Airbnb account and then you will be able to create your own account.  By the way, ask your daughter to send you an invitation to create an Airbnb account.  This way, both you and your daughter will receive a Travel Credit when you book a  qualifying reservation.  A qualifying reservation is one where the value is at least $75 USD (or the equivalent in GBP) excluding Airbnb's service fee, guest fees and taxes, if applicable.
