Hi" My situation is this:
i reserved a prenotation and my friends and i used shared payment. So i paid for me and for one of my friends, "Paypal" confirmed two payments but Airbnb refused one of them. So my friend had to pay for himself and now my money seem to be disappeared. My question is: is there a way to research the payment on Airbnb?

I suggest your friend gives Airbnb a call and arranges to make payment.

I believe when there is split payment, each guest must pay for themselves.  @Gabriele195  the person you paid for should arrange payment as @Helen3 recommends.
