A guest book my place from July 5, 2019 and checked out August 13, 2019. The guest paid a part of the money and did not pay the remaining $300 USD. The guest refused to pay. What made matters worst was that I gave the guest half price for the reservation, just to accommodate the family. She intentionally caused problems and demanding refund or compensation. The same guest smoked, sneaked in people, broken items, left water hose running for the entire night on two occasions, checked out more than 4 hours late and on top of that have the audacity to be asking my staff to stop what they are doing, to meet family members to deliver items left over on my property to them.
