payment not received

Its more than 24hrs since my guest checked in. But not received any payment, or payment notification. What to do?

Hi there. I am having the same issue with my last guest. If you find out what went wrong, please let me know. 

I have emailed Airbnb a couple days ago about this issue. They have not responded yet. 

Hi  Its been 15 days my payment has also not been received. Can you let me know how to get in touch with Airbnb? Any valid mailing address or phone number? Thankyou
