Hello

 Can anyone tell me, why I am getting less money form airbnb, than they say, for the first time a got 20 dollars less, for the second and third time I got 40 and 45 dollars less. My bank shows, that they don't keep any money, I send to airbnb all my bank screenshots, where it is obvious, that they have sent me less. They don't accept their fault, assure me that they have sent the right amount, at the same time they don't show any official document, where I can see the transaction and the snet amount.

The amount sent by Airbnb is in your Transaction History. It is also in an email which is sent everytime Airbnb is sending you money. I never experienced the amount received differs from the amount mentioned in the email or in the Transaction History. Maybe it is a currency conversion problem ?
