I see there is no where on the website to actually email the company. It says it releases payment 24 hours after the guest books. My guest checked out today and I still do not have payment. I am new to this. How long has it been taking for other folks to get paid??

This happened to me when I was a first time host. I had to call Airbnb and they released the payment - and gave a $50 voucher for my troubles. Google which airbnb support number is for your country, and give them a call. Sometimes the number is hard to find on the airbnb website.

Was it a 1 day booking? Sometimes it takes 48 hours if it's a weekend

Also I've never had a problem with payment in 6 years..just remember banks take sat,Sunday off
