I have been paid before the guests have left.they have asked to stay another night which is not included in the payment.why have I been payed before their stay is over?

You normally get paid the day after the guests checks in. If they'd like to stay longer, just go to their reservation and alter it for the additional night. They'll have to accept it, and you'll get paid for the additional night.
