payout delay

Hi,

 

My guest check in on 13 October 2016 but I still did not receive any payment until today. Please help.

Hello Noorezzati,

 

This is a forum where hosts voluntarily help each other with advice. It's not Airbnb's help desk so we can't help with account problems.

You should contact Airbnb as they will have all the information about payments.

I contact them on Twitter. Search Twitter for AirbnbHelp and send them a message describing the problem. Give them the reservation confirmation code.

They have always responded in a few hours.

Please take a look at your transaction history and see if the payment is in there. If it's not, choose Future Transactions. Every now and then a payment gets "stuck" in the financial system of Airbnb and will remain pending. If this is the case, you should get in touch with Airbnb and have the payout team fix the issue. It happened to me before and the payout was done yet within a day.
