payout not received

Hi - I was notified on 31st Dec 2016 that I was to be paid out NZ$389.00 but I have still not recieved this payout. Who can I contact in regards to this? I am really worried where the funds have gone. It has now been 4 days and as this is my first payout I want to double check the account details. Thanks Grace
