I have had guests in my apartment , and straight away after seeing them off, upon the cleaning of the flat we noticed our mobile Wi-Fi Router was missing. We immediatley contacted the guest who informed us that it has to be in the apartment. Our apartment is advertised as limited Wi-Fi.During the course of the stay they always had a story for internet does not last, mind you they were a group of 4. I reported the matter to the Air B&B Resolution center. Not long after that while they were still in the country but in a different state, they stated they found the router it fell in their bag. So they decided to use our cheap Government post office and sent it to our apartment through normal mail( Not even hand delivery courier)unsure what name they used and if sent to the correct address. 5 days later I have still not received my Wi-Fi Router. My flat has no internet, my business is suffering. I have no hope of the post office delivering my router if in one piece undamaged.
Please advise as I had no response yet
