Hello, I don't understand how does the sistem works?  Is it possible to set up the reservations that people can not make the reservation without my approval? Right now they can make right away without asking me if I accep it.

Go to your listing.

Click on booking settings, then click EDIT at "How guests can book" and then choose "All guests must send a reservation request"

In this case I can cancel the reservation without any fee in 24 hours?

@Vilma21 you should not cancel the reservation yourself.

Contact Airbnb support and explain what happened.

Then ask support if you can have a penalty-free cancellation (Airbnb support is the only one who can give you that).

Do not just push the "Cancel" button.
