Offering a customer a deal

I'm kinda green with this site.  I am trying to resend a customer a payment request with a discount.  Can't figure it out.  Thanks.

@Bob193 if you go to the Messages with the guest, you should see a button near the top that says something like "Send or Request Money." That should let you do what you need.
