price glitch - update no reflected in reservation

I edited my price (to 129) and profile shows it. However, I just got a reservation request with the prior price (99) which I had to decline.

Request 1: How can AirBnB fix that?

Request 2: How can I open the ticket to fix this? I can't locate tech support contact page anywhere - this is ridiculous!

I see your base price is $99 and your calendar price is $129, @Tony202.  If you received a reservation request it would be for specific dates and should pull the calendar price.  If it was a general inquiry without dates the price would be your base price which is $99. 

To sort out if this is a system glitch, contact Air BNB.  Here is a guide for doing that

Linda, thanks for your care.

But "base price", "calendar price", "smart price" etc doesn't make much sense.

I joined AirBnB for the convenience, easiness and safety.

Since I can't get any of these, I'm unlisting my place until (if) I get a proper response from some employee to help me.
