I have a home with 2 bedrooms available. Is there a way to set 2 different prices. One price for just the one bedroom and another price for the full place - two bedrooms.  I see no option for tiered pricing.  Does this exist?  Thanks.

You need to set up a separate listing for the entire place or for the second bedroom if you wish to rent out the two bedrooms individually.

However don't forget to block out the calendar of the the separate rooms when the whole house is booked!  Or you could be in trouble.

I'd like to be able to tier pricing for the number of nights booked. The main cost for us is cleaning, and it costs pretty much the same to clean if a guest stays a single night or 5. So why can't we charge say 100 for one night or 160 for 2?

This should be pur as a separate question but you can. From your example tounsjpuldnlusr your rate as $60/night w a $40 cleaning fee.

We have 4 in room bath offerings and 7 with shared/ Must we have completely differnt sites? We cannot see a way to differntiate pricing.

It sounds like you should have 11 different listings, one for each of the 7 and one for each of the 4.  You can set each one at whatever price you want.
