I am attempting to get my apartment on Air B&B for rental. I do not understand how to change the pricing for seasonal variations. The base price is entered. They have informed me that I am ready to go now as I have completed all information requested I am reluctant to continue as I am not clear. Can anyone help please? Lynne

You can customize prices in several ways for special weeks, months, offer discount on several lenght of stays, early bird, last minute,  or create rulesets with complex settings for certain periods.

Or simply change prices manually in the calender for cerain dates.Please consult Help files or search this community.

@Lynne205If you trust Airbnb's algorithm, you may use Smart Price provided by Airbnb. It is supposed to change your price based on demands such as seasonal variations.

@Lynne205 you can set up different prices for each day. Just select the dates you want to change the price for and you will see the option to type in the price to the right on your computer and then click save.
