How does private notes work ?

I want to add a note to myself of when the cleaner is going in, some dates are the same as the booked dates, some not.

Hi @Vanessa857 

You can use private notes to keep track of cleaning plans - I don't find it that useful though so we use a shared Excel file on Google Docs instead so the cleaning team knows the requirements.  We also use it as a reminder of reasons for vsiits such as birthdays so we remember to leave a special little message and gift 🙂    

You (and your co-host if you were to have one) can see the private notes but these are never visible to guests.
