It would be very helpful if Airbnb had a help centre that you can contact when you have real problems - the website is less than perfect, but there is no way to deal with the company direct to solve problems. A telephone number with somebody on the other side who can deal with problems would be very helpful.

I have to agree. I have a problem with setting up my account for payment and there's no one to talk to about it
