push notifications suddenly stopped working on my phone. Anyone else having the same issue? I unistalled and installed again. Deactivated and reactivated notification. Still nothing. It's been 5 days that i cannot receive any notifications on my phone, loosing reservations . Please advise!!!!

Hi I have the same problem for over two weeks, neither me nor my husband gets the push notification. I contact Airbnb a few days ago. I done what they suggested with update restart the phones etc, and they told me they would look at the problem. Will appreciate notice of their problem being solved

About the pushnotifications: I also don't get them anymore (since about a week, there has been a software update from Apple so maybe that has had this effect?) on my iPad, luckily they do appear on my Android phone so I have been able to react on time.
I hope the technical department will be able to sort this problem out.

I have also not been receiving push notifications on either of my apple devices. I had 2 enquiries the other day that I did not see for a cpl of hours resulting in neither one booking with us.
This week I suddenly stopped getting notifications on BOTH my android phone and iPad. I thus did not respond within 24 hours to a booking inquiry. I’ve contacted Airbnb and all they’ve said is “make sure your notifications are turned on.” Really?!

My push notifications stopped months ago for both hosting and travelling - they come through on email but there is a delay. I have iOS devices.
I hace checked all settings, updated the app, turned devices of and on again, logged out of the app and back in again...finally today I thought I check out the Community discussions to see if there is a known issue. This thread is recent but I see there are other converstaions dating back to 2017 with the same issue.
It would be good to have a responce from AirBnB on this.
Yes my notifications stopped the other week also. I get the text alert luckily still. I have a Samsung cell, android. You would think with the amount of people that are having issues they would be on to it ASAP to sort would you not?

I had the same problem and contacted Airbnb and tried what they recommended but nothing worked. Then i found a link in a facebook group where the recommendation was to delete (uninstall the app) wait 30 minutes and re-install. When I did this, my notifications showed as turned off. I turned them back on and it appears to be working. Maybe you can try this and see if it helps you
