"No checkout" restriction.

I want to set my calendar so that guests cannot check out on Saturdays. Anybody know how to do that?

Add the requirement in the calendar view that you require a 2 night minimum on the weekend.  That will eliminate any guest from checking out on a Saturday.

That won't stop a guest from booking a 2 night stay checking in on Thursday or a 3 night stay checking in on Wednesday etc.

If you want to allow guests to check in on any day and to be allowed to stay for variable numbers of nights there's no way to block checkouts on a specific day.

@Steve143 - fair enough, I wasn't very clear - so @Jules4 - in the calendar view, go into the extra requirements and select the weekend dates and require a minimum 2-night reservation to ensure that there are no Saturday check outs.  Example: During Apr 7, 2017 – Apr 9, 2017, guests stay for minimum 2 nights.  Downside of this is that you will need to do it for every weekend.

Manually setting a two night minimum stay for all weekend dates still doesn't guarantee to stop Saturday checkouts.

It does work if the checkin and checkout are both on those weekend dates. It doesn't stop Saturday checkouts if the guest checks in on, say, Wednesday for 3 nights. Such a stay still satisfies the two night minimum.

I checked it on my own listing by setting a two night minimum stay for the dates Friday the 23rd, Saturday the 24th and Sunday the 25th of June.

Searching for accommodation in Limerick for 3 nights starting on Wednesday the 21st of June still showed up my listing.

A search for a 1 night stay starting on Friday the 23rd, as expected, didn't show up my listing.

Thanks for the catch, @Steve143. I just assumed it would work correctly but you're right, even if I make it a 2 night requirement and require a 2-night stay, then it will still let me book just that darned Friday.  I think this might actually be a bug! 

So @Jules4, my solution is for nothing, it doesn't work.  You could block off every Friday night so that no one can only stay over on Friday and check out on Saturday.  It will, however, also keep any guest for booking from Friday to Sunday.  

Frankly, there is no good way to block a check out day.  You could make mention of it in your listing details and house rules, but I'm not sure that will help much. 

Maybe you could tell us why you don't want Saturday check outs and we can offer another solution other than blocking a date.

This is actually a bit stupid. The other accommodation websites provide this service. Why after two years since your post has Airbnb not implimented this option.
