"This listing is no longer available"

Hi i have a problem i had my first listing yesterday but it does not show up in search results after that the website locked me out of my account and deactivated it permenetly . I had creat new account and publish the listing but it still not show up , when i try to open it as a guest it says this listing no longer available i hope someone can help me with this!?!
