received a refund email while reservation not cancelled
I received a full-refund email around 12 hours after I booked a room (and I had received confirmation email from the host), right now the reservation is still available so I am confused about the refund email that states i will receive full refund without explaining the reason.
@Luwei0 I'm betting this host is a little confused. They probably sent you a full refund through the Resolution Center, but never actually processed the cancellation from their end. I would Contact Airbnb to get a final answer, though.
