reciept of payout

hi all, i am seeking some help regarding tracing my payout which i have not recieved. My guest arrived on 23rd March and i recieved the payout confirmation on march 24th however to date while verifying with my financial institution they have not been able to locate the payments

How do i know which bank the funds was sent from?or how do i contact the  help center.

help please.

@Beverley10 for questions about payments, you definitely need to contact Airbnb support directly.

Good luck with that. I have been trying for two days to get assistance from that support link - absolutely useless and they wont aknowedge that they are at fault and have not paid me.
