We made 2 reservations on the same date for our trip to Cuba without knowing that when a reservation already pays for the stay. Obviously we can not be in 2 places at a time so we canceled one of the reservations and we do not understand why we were deducted 13 dollars if we already paid with the reservation that we did. I think they should give us back the money. We understand clearly, because it is not the first time we travel, that when one reserves, only does that, reserve and after receiving the answers of the host, make payment. We believe that it is your mistake and I hope to rectify it. Thank you for your prompt response. "

@Adriana231 you have posted in a forum of hosts not monitored by Airbnb.

 

You will need to contact Airbnb directly if you want help to resolve the situation.
