Hello, There have been a couple of cancellations due to the virus. In a recent message you have sent to me you mention that you will pay 25% of what I would’ve received for a cancellation based on your cancellation policy. Have I understood correctly? I yes, when I shall receive this money from the cancellations? Thanks,

@Maria12536  This is a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not Airbnb customer service. Apparently at this point the guest will be refunded 100% and Airbnb will send the 25% of the cancellation amount later in April.
