This has happened to me too ..... 4 days ago & I have at least 20 bookings upcoming over the next 2 months! I've called them every day with a "I dunno" reaction, and was advised that it will be passed onto the Technical Services level, who will either phone or email me. 4 days later; nothing has happened. I can't even message guests to advise of check-in instructions! My listing is now removed, & the page says my listing removal is under review & results will be available April 19, 2019! Today is June 3, 2019! I am assuming there is a hack or bug or glitch or whatever with their system, but no one will admit what's going on OR what's going to happen!   Am extremely disgusted with Air BNB at this point. Not only am I missing out on upcoming travelers who would otherwise reserve, this is most obviously providing me with a very negative reflection for those people who have reserved & cannot contact me. How can this company run a business in this manner??

How frustrating for you @Wendy223  if you have done nothing that could be seen as discrimination, breaking their T&Cs ie asking for payment outside of Airbnb,  or have had a guest reporting you recently for violating terms ie having CCTV but not declaring it and you don't have a criminal record.....then it sounds like there is a glitch.

You could try them on social media perhaps.

Social media? Do you like facebook & such? I don't have access to those (have never signed up).

What terms did you violate @Aditya24  and what help are you looking for, from this community forum?

I violated NO terms, and have never received any correspondence whatsoever from Air BNB on this matter. If I hadn't checked for upcoming reservations I would never have seen this! As an aside, when I called (again) yesterday I was advised by the rep that this happened to him too, but eventually it was fixed as some sort of a computer issue. He stated it took "about" 4 days and he too called every day, but was extremely reluctant to provide this to me of his own experience.

The help I'm looking for is ascertain if any others have experienced this, and what they did to rectify it?

I also am a Superhost who was knocked off the site.  My unit is in a very quiet neighborhood with very strict house rules - NO PARTIES of any size etc.  It is a one bedroom home, and a guest on the first night had 9 people stay there, and the next day the security camera caught 12 people with more to come.  Airbnb ended the listing themselves.  So the "guest" was pissed off that she got caught and filed a BOGUS complaint that we had camera's INSIDE the home - ( it is in the listing that there are cameras OUTSIDE - that's how she was busted)  Without even contacting me - Airbnb CANCELED my account with no contact to my future guests etc.  This is the most ridiculous way for them to run a business - and they have COMPLETELY shut me out - no explanation, no rebutle - NOTHING.  I can't get in touch with anyone from Airbnb.  I have called daily, and emailed daily - but NOTHING!  I even tried to contact the CEO and NOTHING!  This is the way they treat their Superhost's?  It is no glitch - it's about one person with a chip of power on their shoulder -but in reality - they are giving the company a bad name.  How is it possible that they don't communicate with their host on such a thing.  This company is leaving a very bad taste in my mouth!  Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?  Please comment!

Same thing is happening to me. Not a word of explanation from Airbnb, some bookings cancelled, unable to write to the next bookings' guests.

So awful to be in such situation and nobody is doing anything to help.

Been running this business since 2012 with over 1.500 outstanding reviews. How is that possible ?
