A recent guest left an inaccurate review and I would like to see what needs to be done in order to have it removed. She said the house wasn’t clean when she checked in and my cleaning crew sends me time stamped photos after each cleaning so I have proof it was clean when she checked in. I have those photos for your review as well. The guest was Hope and she was there from July 24-28. Thanks!
@Leanne144 It would be interesting to know if airbnb plus hosts get treated better than regular hosts, since that review would almost certainly never normally be removed, even if you can prove what she said is untrue. The cabin looks lovely, but that review, soooo passive aggressive, but roach in the fridge will definitely put people off. I'd write a very factual, reasonable sounding response to her review, but unemotional.
