remove listing with forward bookings

I have 3 listings and 2 have really good 4.9 star reviews.

I bought a new property and had a few teething problems and got some poor feedback. 

My status is now 4.1 star. All issues have been resolved but I haven't got many forward bookings.

I have many bookings on Homeaway as I have good reviews here.

Is there anyway I could remove this property from my airbnb account and still keep the two forward bookings I have?

I feel loss of superhost status is affecting my bookings for the two properties with good reviews.

Any advice accepted.

For the moment, @Helen828, and until such time as the forward bookings have been honoured, you can snooze your listing. You can then delete it afterwards. But the overall rating will stick with you as a host and may affect your chances of SH (if this is important to you).
