why I do not have the option to accept or not accept a guest I used to get an message that gave that option?

Hi @Joe111: This is because you have the option "Immediate Booking / Reserva Inmediata" activated. So you have to accept whoever will book. Of course you will get an information but you dont need to acknowledge the reservation.

The option can be switched off in your "reservation" settings.
