i have a guest that damanged my open concept wardrobe. so i claimed against her. when i claimed against her, she mentioned that it is already damaged when she checked in but she didnot tell us and it nearly hurt her. becos we got it fixed by getting a new screw and screwed it back before the next check in, we drop off the claim against her.
then she left a review with the whole review mentioning and explaining about the wardrobe but nothing about the guesthouse and our service. can we appeal this review to airbnb?
