setting new list (question on guest amount and price in different room

Hello,

I just create new list for my villa since I would like to give offer to customer both on entire house and seperate room as well.

After I create seperate room, I have question, can I manage different price on each room, or it all just need to be same?

Another question is, I am not sure what is this guest number mean for the whole house or for guest per room ? (Please see picture)

you can manage it as a different listing but connected,

the price can varie depends on your decision.. 

you can try to make each room to be price differently by creating them as a different listing unit, thus price can varie at each room depending on the pros and cons, specially in their amenities and values.

and then the whole house also make it as seperate listing,

just make sure there are no double booking by sincronizing their dates and try to stay away from instant booking until you are quite familiar with the program. 

I can only tell you this much at the moment. you can also try the resolution center for guidance and help with the program..

It takes time to get use to with the program ...
