shared room, with 3 bed bunks

Hi, all you wonderfull airbnb-ers

I have one room with 3 bed bunks (six beds) - when 1 person makes a booking the hole room becomes unavailable. If there is 1 booking I would think it should show 5 available.?

I had the same thought, Vilbert--to create a separate listing for each bed.

However, if I were looking to book all 6 beds, I might be turned off or overwhelmed by haivng to quickly book all 6 beds while arranging other aspects of travel.  I only have one idea for how to make it easier for someone to book multiple beds at your place: You might consider offering to hold dates for 24 hours for those who contact you directly with a serious intention to reserve multiple beds. I hope this is clear. Just playing devil's advocate for those booking for a group or a whole family. That stated, I'd do whatever's needed for a chance to return to Iceland--beautiful part of the world. With regard, Deborah

Hi @Vilbert0 as they told you before you have to make separate listings for each bed, but in each listing you must choose the option "Aditional Option Prices" (I'm not sure how to name it because I have my app in spanish) and set 6 beds. Even you can also make a different price for the second and rest of the guests, just an idea to make it more interesting for those who are looking what you have... For example I have a room with a double bed and the second person pays less than the first one (it's for couples), it's different that your case, but maybe for you it's better to rent more than one bed or the hole room at once. 

Oh! and I think you must set NO to immediate reservation, because if one person takes the hole room in one of your listings you need time to cancel the other listings, it's better to your profile than "canceling" a reservation.
