In the midst of setting up my prices I received an enquiry.  I have advised the proposed guest that the rates were incorrect and that a cleaning fee and security deposit would also be applied.    The secuirty deposit was not on my listing at the time the enquiry first came through, but has since been added.  When I send a special offer do I include the security deposit in the total amount?

Probably best to efuse and ask them to reapply with the correct information now appearing on your listing.
