I am renting an apartment in Washington DC.i would like to rent it as an Air BNB apt. when I am not there.

You are an experienced superhost so am not quite sure what information you are looking for?

You know how to use Airbnb so . I can only presume you want to know whether you can sub let ?

I would say in the vast majority of cases a landlord will include a cause saying tenants can't sublet and it is grounds for eviction.
