super host standards

I did not accept a reservatin request because the guest was looking for a one-night stay and I have a listed two-night minimum.

Somehow, this is showing up as a cancelled reservation, and is negatively effecting my potential super-host status. 

How can I resolve this?

If you didn't agree to an email asking if you accept a guest's cancellation, then this is strange.

I'd contact Airbnb:

Did you ever get this issue resolved with Airbnb? I am hoping that it was a glitch and was cleared up. I alos have a 2 night minimum and would not want this to happen to me.
