None of us can explain.

It's what's called a 'glitch'.

It's a technical problem which only Airbnb Technical department can resolve.

There are many glitches on Airbnb.

It normally takes anything from a few hours to a few days to sort out.

I don't understand why airbnb told me this

Your trip reviewed: 18%

Target: 50%

I think it's a wrong number and I want to improve this error soon because it greatly affects my super host title.

I just explained above it's a Technical error affecting all Airbnb Hosts around the globe.

Also, click on this thread how many reported it in the past few hours.

The error can only be fixed by Airbnb Technical department.

its very wrong, that we can not contact to airbnb and tell them about some problem 😞

You can report it.

On the other thread one Host Rachel mentions she already reported and everyone else can as well.

 Rachel wrote:

I've just checked my dashboard & I'm usually around 75% and it's showing at 16%.

So definitely a bug, which I've reported & you are able to report/log it as well.

You can always report to Airbnb Customer Service:

phone, email, on-line chat, Twitter.

ooh thanks, but i can not find some email adress where i can report it, i swote some emails, but they said that can find answers here 🙂
