switching from visitor to host

Hi

I'm on my laptop and trying to go from visitor to host - which I've done several times before with no issues.  

I try and switch and it doesn't do anything.  I try and look at inbox and it wont do anything.

I've logged out on my laptop and rebooted it.  Resigned in and still wont work.

I also have the Airbnb app on my iphone so wondering do I now need to log out of that for my laptop to work.  I never used to in the past.

Its very frustrating
