I am new to Airbnb and I have received multiple texts stating that possible guests have sent me messages and that 1 has set a reservation (for 2 days even though my minimum is set for 3 nights). I have looked on my profile under reservations, messages and everywhere I can think of to respond to these inquires but there are no messages or reservations on my profile. I can't see a place or phone number to call for tech support. How do I go about resolving this?
