Good Morning!
Am a new manager of a property/new to Airbnb. I am experiencing looooonnnnngggg delays in receiving messages in my inbox - the owner received/responded to a message on Fri Feb 3 - I did not see anything in my inbox until Mon Feb 6. This is totally crazy making. I've looked around for help but am only finding a brief mention of same problem but there was no resolution offered by airbnb - another host suggested calling airbnb -
I did attempt to "start a conversation" but after a day of waiting got this notice - 7DCE1AAO - failed to authenticate.
Someone please help me before I loose my mind - I'm loosing my owner money - spending hours plunking around in airbnb - worried that a guest might have an urgent situation ......
