the worst customer service for hosts

Hello, can anybody please just help and give me a call and not hang up or promise to call me back??? Your customer service is impossible!!!!!

I am trying to find a way to receive helpful customer service from airbnb. I have hosted 12x with 4,8 rating  so far. Unfortunately my AND NOW THE COMMUNITY TURNS OUT TO BE **bleep** AS WELL SINCE I VAN NOT TYPE OR CORRECT!!!!!  airbnb nightmare became true.

A girl from Seool checked in and started freaking out because of a missing hairdryer, plastic in the bin and

I'm sorry to hear about this situation. However, I'm afraid that the Community Center is unable to help you with this since this is a place where hosts can share their experiences with each other. 

Maybe you could try a different method to contact Airbnb? I was able to find a guide on how to contact Airbnb—I thought this might be helpful for you.
