It won't let me access the credit in my account and I cannot find anywhere to contact airbnb for help.
I also have a friend that had a horrible experience traveling with airbnb and cannot find a 'contact us'. She did submit a request in resolution center last Thursday and still not response. She will likely never travel airbnb again and I find this sad since I love airbnb and have been a host for several years.
