two reservations

Hi all, I had an enquiry from a guest who whished to stay at mine but hadn't booked the flight yet. While I was waiting for her to let me know when exactly would come another guest booked instantly my place for the same period. Cause I was dealing with the first guest and I preferred to have her, I cancelled the reservation promptly. Now, my first guest has bought the flight ticket and is ready to book my place, the problem is that she cannot book on the dates the second guest booked.Those dates are blocked. How do I make them available again??? Help me please!!

You will need to cancel the instant book.  I believe they changed the rules so now you have a certain amount of time to cancel instant books without penalties.
