unable to add payout method (bank transfer)

Hi - I am trying to get paid for my first air bnb stay.  I have repeatedly added a payout method (bank transfer).  I am redirected and asked enter my bsb and account number (I am in Australia).  I fill out the form, hit submit and just come back to the same airbnb page asking me to add a payout method.  When I check the app on my phone, no payout methods have been added.  Please help.

the same in czech republic/europe. and from airbnb no answer 😞 . it looks like they canceled bank transfer ....

I was wondering if you tried a different payout method? Maybe, you could also try and use a different web browser just to see if that works?

I added paypal with no problem. Bank transfer still not. I tried it by firefox, chrome, also on ipad safari - nothing. I also tried it after paypal approving - still nothing. I forgot, how many times I have tried it. Probably I can't count to this such big number :-D.

That's very odd! Have you contacted Airbnb about this as well?

Yes I have. After couple of days they answerd and we changed few emails. There were some of the suggestions I mentioned above. But we didn't find the solution. So now problem is posted to IT crowd and maybe some day somebody could tell, what to do. 🙂

I can confirm this from Norway also. talking to support, and they do not even know that the adding a bank rewuires interaction with a separate website! we are sent to a site, adding our bank details, and then sent back to Airbnb.com. Normally that sounds REALLY BAD from a security perspective. 

And it is still not solved. Paypal works, but then you have issues with getting your money from Paypal again because of limits etc... 😞
