I keep getting the alert saying: "Megan is temporarily unavailable until they complete our account verification process. This is a standard procedure that helps us maintain a positive experience within the Airbnb community."
Meanwhile, on my account it says that I've verified everyhting I need to include! What am I doing wrong? This is super frustering becasue I can't book anything and it seems like my inquiried to hosts are not going through.... Someone please help!

I have submitted a resolve and issue 4 days ago and just submitted one again today. Is this all i can do?

Hi Mike, To me it has happended 3 times in 6 weeks and the fastest way to get things resolved is to put a lot of energy in it: write them on twitter, by e-mail, call them.
I have called and e mailed and cant get any info why this is happeing or how or when it can be resolved.. meanwhile the place I want to book has already gone up in price.. . so rattled right now

It has been happening to me as well. I'm so frustrated since I've been on AirBnB for 8 years! Everything has been verified and I've talked to maybe 6 agents. They just keep saying a technical issue. And then silence. I've been trying to book something for days. 😞 Anyone else?
unfortunately by pure luck my account was activated; I wrote to the airbnb customer service with no response and then one day I was activated. I have used airbnb many times since and haven't had any more issues. I don't know if there is a specific thing I did but I am not an active user.
