Hello,
I had a reservation placed where the renter did not include all of the guests - she placed one insead of 3 who are staying there. I asked her to update it and I would waive the 15 dollar extra fee (after 2 guests) per night- just for liability purposes. I am trying to figure out how to actually waive the fee now..haha, harder than I thought. Any suggestions or help?

No waiving needed, @Natalie196. Just send a refund after they check in. Go to the reservation and use the "send or request" option. Hopefully your generosity will be appreciated.
