Hello @Leslie96,

You can export your Airbnb calendar and then import it to booking.com.

Go to your Airbnb calendar and click on "Availability settings".

Then click on "Export claendar" at the bottom of the settings window.

A box with the calendar link will appear. Select the whole link and copy it.

Then log on to booking.com and paste the link in that site's calendar by following whatever instructions booking.com gives for importing a calendar.

You can also synchronise by following booking.com export instructions and importing the at calendar to Airbnb.

Airbnb's import link is also on the calendar "Availability settings" page.

Hi,

I tried this and it said it would not link. Also Booking.com does not seem to provide a way to sync and there is a notice that is posted saying this is not available everywhere. 

Anyone got any other suggestions eg is there a channel manager you can use that can sync all bookings?

Hi Steve, I am trying to import my Airbnb calendar into Booking.com calendar, I have done exactly what Airbnb says I must do but as soon as I copy and paste the URL into booking.com it gives me the following error message:  "This isn't a valid iCal URL – please try again."

The forums on booking's website seem to suggest the problem is copying the entire url...

You have to manually scroll from the far left to the far right of the box where you copy the url for your airbnb calendar.

Does this sync in real time?

overbooked for a night because both websites received a booking in the space of 2 minutes. Usually i have time to sync manually but this time it was too quick & an automatic sync would be really helpful

Finding this pretty frustrating. I had an almost simultaneous booking. I accepted the booking on airbnb and cancelled the one on booking.com. I was then reprimanded by booking.com and told that I would HAVE TO pay the guests rental fees if they were "forced" to spend more on a replacement apartment. Can you believe it?  So I then asked, what can I do to stop this. They replied - simple, just sync your calendars. So I spend the whole morning trying to do it, and am then told by booking.com that "Importing calendars is not possible at this time".

I have synced my Airbnb calendar onto booking.com calendar I but am trying to import my booking.com calendar onto my Airbnb calendar but it will not import..??

Hi Annette, 

I am having the same problem. I was able to sucessfully import my air bnb calendar to booking.com but AIr bnb do not seem to be ammending to my booking.com calendar. 

Did you figure it out?

I use my airbnb calendar as the primary one and sync all the others with it.
