what message guests receive before arrival

It would be very helpful to know what message, if any, guests receive from Airbnb just before arrival.

When i travel via ABNB i just get a reminder that I have a trip coming up and the dates.

As a host, i send a reminder of where to park, do you need anything, how can I help you... and things like that. Oh and if they can give me a general idea of arrival time.

We send an sms the night before with the address for the GPS and ask them to call 30 minutes before arrival.  That way they have the address and contact number on their phone.

I send a copy of my house manual and the codes for lockbox and door keypad.
